I was curled up in bed for two days this week, achy and tired.
I didn’t think anything of it, or make a big deal. I just assumed that I needed to rest. That I had pushed hard in the gym during this training phase and this was a natural fatigue I had experienced before.
Until I went in to work today and discovered a few people had the flu.
Which makes me think I had the flu and just didn’t know it.
I like how when I listen and do what is right, I get over stuff a lot faster.
